Rascal Flatts is an American country music group comprised of second cousins Gary Levox (vocals) and Jay DeMarcus (bass) along with full friend Joe Don Rooney (electric guitar player).
Group history Rascal Flatts achieved ill fame around 2003 sustaining their music video, "I Melt."
